Our team at Cunningham Classic Homes has traveled the world extensively, lived and worked in Europe and yet have multi-generational familial and business roots in North Texas. As brothers we each made our own ways in our chosen careers and have come together to build on the successes of our individual design and construction careers to build something even better. With our knowledge and expertise, we compliment each other and make the design-build experience for clients an easier and better one. We are able to compliment and coordinate in ways that are advantageous to the client and the entire design-build process. The major components of a project; design, construction, and budget issues, are focused on from the beginning. The design-build team is involved from start to finish.  As a team, we are about making our clients dream home a reality.

Gary Cunningham

Gary Cunningham, our Director of Architectural Design, has worked for over 25 years as an international architect in New York and for years lived and worked in Europe designing commercial and residential properties in over 26 countries before returning to work and live in Texas in 2004.
